Your Brand Buildout will take 30 days or less. If you have additional deliverables like business cards, signage, etc. those will be completed after the buildout is done and extend the timeline and cost depending on the complexity of what you need.

The Brand Buildout is $3,500. A $1,000 deposit is required to secure a spot on my calendar and complete onboarding.

You’ll never need to guess at what you’ll be paying. You’ll always get a clear and upfront price to approve before moving forward.

My process involves in-depth research, assessment and discussions to narrow down your goals, values, audience, personality and preferences. All of this information is used to develop a distinct visual direction in the form of a mood board for your project. The project will not move forward until you have approved the visual direction. If necessary, two rounds of revisions are provided at this step. 2 Additional rounds of revisions are available after the initial brand design is done and presented. This process ensures that we are on the same page before I begin the design process and virtually guarantees we can dial it in so that you'll be happy with your Brand Buildout.

After the initial call to make sure we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll set up a video conference for the Discovery phase and questionnaire.

After that, most all communication will happen in your online client portal. It’s a user-friendly project management tool that helps keep the project on track and communication in one place to avoid missed emails and lost calls.

Your final deliverables will be delivered in a variety of industry standard formats suitable for both web and print purposes including .png, .ai, .eps, .pdf and .jpg. This usually covers 99% of needs but if there is another file type you need, let me know and I’ll do my best to provide it.

All of the files will be labeled and organized into easy-to-navigate folders.

Absolutely! Once we've finalized your Brand Buildout I can help you implement it by creating the collateral materials you need. Signage, social meida, merch, brochures, trade show booths, business cards...you name it.

Web design and development is a specialty in itself, so I no longer take on web projects. I recommend my clients hire a dedicated individual or company for this. The company can reference the branding guide and use all of your Brand Buildout assets we developed to build the site and keep it on track and consistent with your new look.
